This new large build property underwent extensive first and second fix works, including the installation of underfloor heating across three floors, enabling individual room temperature control.
The meticulous planning ensured minimal disruption during the renovations, allowing for a smooth workflow throughout the construction process. Additionally, we completed 8 bathroom installations, as well as projects in the gym, annex, kitchen, and utility areas.
We also focused on enhancing energy efficiency by implementing advanced insulation techniques in all walls and ceilings.
To meet the heating and hot water demands, three Nibe air-source units were installed in the plant room, serving unvented hot water cylinders. These units not only provide efficient heating but also contribute to sustainability by utilizing renewable energy. The entire system is controlled by Heatmier thermostats. These thermostats allow for precise control and scheduling, greatly improving overall comfort levels in the entire property.
Furthermore, a Scuba tank water booster system was installed for the main cold water supply within the garage, complemented by a Calmag water softener. This combination guarantees consistent water pressure while protecting plumbing fixtures from hard water build-up.
