Cancellation Policy & Form

If we contract work in your home for more than £42, sell goods and service via our website or over the phone, and should you wish to cancel those goods or service, please complete the following form. You have the right to cancel up to 14 days from the date you ordered the goods/service.

Agreements with no right to cancel – agreements where you have specifically requested us to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance are not covered by the regulations. However, this exemption does not apply to other goods or other services provided at the same time.

Please note, you will lose your right to cancel the agreement if the service has been performed fully within the cancellation period.
