The brief
Working alongside Cheslyn Building Contractors, we were appointed to complete a comprehensive heating and plumbing upgrade at a residential property in West Cheshire.
The project involved the installation and relocation of a Grant Vortex oil boiler, connecting into the property’s existing heating system and providing an efficient, zoned heating solution across the home.
As part of the wider refurbishment works, we were also responsible for new radiators throughout the property and first and second fix plumbing to several key areas.
The solution
Our team installed and relocated the Grant Vortex oil boiler, carefully integrating the new installation with the existing heating system.
The system was configured to provide heating across multiple zones, giving the homeowners greater control over temperatures in different areas of the property.
New column radiators from BestHeating were installed across both the upstairs and downstairs areas, complementing the character and interior design of the property while providing effective heat distribution.
Alongside the heating installation, we completed first and second fix plumbing works to the new kitchen, utility room and downstairs WC, coordinating our work with Cheslyn Building Contractors and the wider refurbishment programme.
The project included:
- Installation and relocation of a Grant Vortex oil boiler
- Connection to the existing heating system
- Multi-zone heating configuration
- Installation of new column radiators upstairs and downstairs
- First and second fix plumbing to the kitchen
- First and second fix plumbing to the utility room
- First and second fix plumbing to the downstairs WC
- Final connections, testing and commissioning
The result
The completed installation provides the property with a reliable and efficient heating solution, with individually controlled zones helping to improve comfort throughout the home.
The new column radiators provide effective heating while complementing the style of the refurbished interiors, and the associated plumbing works have helped prepare the kitchen, utility and WC areas for everyday use.
Working with trusted products from Grant UK and BestHeating, and in collaboration with Cheslyn Building Contractors, we delivered a high-quality installation designed to provide dependable performance for years to come.
