We carried out extensive renovations to this property in Derby, including the installation of new bathrooms, low surface temperature radiators throughout, and a Heatstar Pegasus dehumidifier in the pool area to effectively manage air moisture levels.
Additionally, a high-efficiency Worcester Bosch 70kW oil boiler was installed in the plant room, along with a 6-zone weather compensation system to power 2 underfloor heating circuits and 3 radiator circuits.
The system also includes 2 unvented hot water cylinders and a 3500L bunded oil tank. These integrated systems are designed to optimize heating efficiency by automatically adjusting the controls based on outdoor temperature changes.
