Recent completion of Phase One on this stunning new-build development in Sutton Coldfield, for our client Hindley Contractors.
We stripped out the kitchen, bathrooms and heating in the original property, and installed Nu Heat UFH underfloor heating to the ground and 1st floors aimed at creating sustainability, along with Panasonic air source heat pump with eco-friendly and energy saving Sunamp Thermino heat batteries for hot water supply.
Further works consisted of plumbing in the bathrooms, downstairs WC, kitchen and utility. Plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen has also been carried out in the Annexe to the property.
All heating controls were supplied by Heatmiser UK. Plans for the next stage of the project include several more new build properties being built where we will be carrying out the plumbing, heating, bathroom and kitchen works along with underfloor heating and further air source heat pumps.
